2. Data we collect
2.1 Data you provide directly

2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URLs, pages visited and time spent on pages.
- Cookie data: small text files stored in your browser for site functionality and, with your consent, for analytics purposes. See Section 5 (Cookies) below.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
We process your personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so:
- To respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest / consent): when you submit our contact form, we use your name, email and message to reply and, where appropriate, to propose our services.
- To operate and improve the website (legitimate interest): technical data helps us diagnose errors, protect the site against misuse and understand how visitors interact with our content.

- Technical and analytics data: aggregated or anonymised data may be retained indefinitely; identifiable technical logs are deleted after 12 months.
- Marketing opt-in records: retained until you withdraw consent, after which your data is removed from marketing lists within 30 days.
5. Cookies
Our website uses the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the website to function (e.g. session management, cookie-consent preference). These are placed without consent.
- Analytics cookies: used to measure website usage (e.g. which pages are visited most, how visitors navigate the site). These are placed only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner.
You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings. Refusing or clearing analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: third-party companies that process data on our behalf (web hosting, analytics platforms, email delivery). These parties are bound by data-processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements: if required by applicable law, court order or governmental authority, we may disclose data to the relevant body.
